Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

This policy explains how Rocket Equities collects and uses personal data when you visit rocketequities.com, contact us, or request the Capital Quarterly. We collect only what we need, and we never sell your data.

Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Rocket Equities B.V., Fonteinlaan 5, 2012 JG Haarlem, the Netherlands ("Rocket Equities", "we", "us"). We also work from offices in the Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia. We handle personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

For any question about this policy or your data, write to contact@rocketequities.com.

What we collect and why

When you contact us

Through our contact forms we collect your name, email address, company, and anything you write in your message. We use it to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss working together. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

When you request the Capital Quarterly

We collect:

  • your email address (required), and your name and company if you give them;
  • whether you ticked the box to receive future issues and updates, and when;
  • when we sent you the report, and when you downloaded it or unsubscribed.

We use this to send you the report you asked for. That is the legal basis for the first email. If you ticked the consent box, we also send you future issues of the Capital Quarterly and occasional updates from Rocket Equities, on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to contact@rocketequities.com. If you did not tick the box, we send you the report and nothing else.

When you browse the site

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, for how long, and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as your device, browser, approximate location and pages viewed. We use it on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the site. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run parts of our website and email for us, under contracts that require them to protect it:

  • Google (Google Cloud for hosting, Google Workspace for email and records, Google Analytics);
  • Resend, which delivers the emails our website sends.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Capital Quarterly list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data. After an unsubscribe we keep a record of it so we don't email you again.
  • Enquiries: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows, and then for no longer than the law requires.
  • Analytics: in line with our Google Analytics retention settings, at most 14 months.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • have it corrected if it is wrong, or deleted;
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
  • receive it in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before.

To use any of these rights, write to contact@rocketequities.com. We will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or, in the Philippines, the National Privacy Commission. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Security

We protect personal data with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change matters to how we use your data, we will tell you.
